Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Time
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This estimated timeframe includes both order processing and transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Peak shopping periods and holidays
- Unexpected logistical disruptions
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SIMPLORA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photographs (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.
